The Production and Sales Report of SAIC MOTORS in June, 2014

www.chinatrucks.com: Recently, SAIC MOTOR released its production and sales report of June, 2014. According to the report, the company sold all kinds of vehicles 421,966 units, up by 3.77% compared with last year. And the company rolled out 447,970 units, up by 14.69% year on year.

Also SAIC-IVECO Hongyan Commercial Vehicle Company (SAIC-IVECO Hongyan) produced 1,221 units of vehicles, down by 21.23% and the sales of June registered 1.612 units, down by 30.10% year on year. And Nanjing Auto Corporation (NAVECO) produced 5,565 units and sold 5,456 units in June, down by 43.06% and 49.08% respectively compared with 2013. In the first half of 2014, the sales of SAIC-IVECO Hongyan and NAVECO totaled respectively 15,280 units and 59,980 units, cumulative up by 4.40% and down by 16.58% respectively year on year.

The production of Shanghai General Motors (GM) was 1,706 units and the sales of GM was 1,710 units in June, respectively up by a whopping 111.66% and 77.20% year in year. The cumulative growth of sales of GM in the first half year increased to 49.43%.
