Yutong 600 kWh Large-Capacity Electric Tractor
This electric tractor introduces an industry-first central drive design and comes equipped with a 600 kWh large-capacity battery. The battery is mounted underneath the vehicle at a height of just 90 cm, ensuring it does not block the rear window, providing better visibility for the driver. This design also enhances safety when connecting trailers and loading or unloading containers.
The tractor is powered by the latest BC5 heavy-duty truck battery from CATL. This battery allows the state of charge (SOC) to drop as low as 5%, providing more usable energy compared to competing models. Additionally, the improved energy density helps reduce vehicle weight and lower energy consumption, with the vehicle consuming as little as 1.3 kWh per kilometer when fully loaded.
The vehicle also supports single-gun charging at 300A or dual-gun charging at 600A. When using dual-gun charging at 600A, the battery can charge from 20% to 80% in just 58 minutes.
