XCMG Battery-swapping Dump Truck

XCMG's new energy dump trucks feature CATL's 350.07 kWh lithium iron phosphate battery, offering longer range compared to the industry-standard 282 kWh batteries.

XCMG's electric dump trucks are equipped with XCMG's independently developed permanent magnet synchronous motor, boasting a peak power of 500 kW, equivalent to 680 horsepower. Its maximum torque reaches 2800 N·m, paired with a multi-gear AMT transmission and motor multi-mode control. The system achieves a peak efficiency exceeding 97%, with a 19% increase in efficiency in the high-efficiency range. These models come with a variety of sizes available for selection, along with options of U-shaped and rectangular cargo boxes. Both box types are made from high-strength wear-resistant materials, ensuring smooth interior and exterior surfaces for quick residue-free unloading.
