XCMG XG90 Mining Dump Trucks Delivered in Bulk to Kazakhstan

XCMG's XG90 mining dump trucks have successfully arrived in Kazakhstan after a long journey and are now helping with local mining operations.

The mining area, which primarily extracts lead-zinc ores, has steep roads and a mining pit 310 meters deep. Some uphill sections are as long as 5 kilometers, and the trucks must operate 24/7, putting high demands on their performance.

Due to the tough conditions, the customer chose the XCMG XG90, which has already proven its reliability in over 100 mining sites worldwide. The trucks are equipped with a high-power engine specially developed for the region, offering lower fuel consumption and stronger power output, making them well-suited for the local environment.

To further improve the trucks' reliability, the XG90 features a unique rigid frame design. The all-welded structure increases stiffness, strength, and load capacity. Additionally, the trucks’ design reduces the center of gravity by about 20 cm, improving stability and safety. By analyzing real-world data and using virtual iteration technology, the XG90 trucks are optimized to handle harsh working conditions.
