Feichi Technology Secures an Order of 500 Hydrogen Trucks at CHFE 2024
On October 18, the 2024 China (Foshan) International Hydrogen Energy and Fuel Cell Technology Expo (CHFE2024) kicked off in Nanhai, Foshan. The event brought together leading hydrogen energy companies from around the world, showcasing the entire hydrogen industry chain from production, storage, and transport to fuel cell applications. Participants explored the promising role of hydrogen energy in driving the global green transition.
Feichi Technology, a leader in hydrogen-powered commercial vehicles, showcased its 49-ton fuel cell truck and 4.5-ton hydrogen-powered refrigerated truck at the H3 booth. The 4.5-ton refrigerated truck, a key model for the Guangzhan Hydrogen Highway project, attracted significant attention. The event also featured a test drive session, where attendees experienced the truck’s performance on real roads. Test drivers praised its smooth acceleration, stable driving, and energy efficiency.
During the event, the Guangzhan Hydrogen Highway project also launched the construction of hydrogen refueling stations. Feichi Technology is actively involved, working with Maoming and Kaiping to build refueling stations along the route, helping to create a hydrogen-powered transport and logistics network. This will accelerate the integration of the Guangzhan region into the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area’s hydrogen economy.
At the signing ceremony, Feichi Technology reached a major agreement with Guangdong Yiyun Logistics to deliver 500 units of the 4.5-ton hydrogen-powered refrigerated trucks. These trucks will play a crucial role in the Guangzhan Hydrogen Highway project, helping to showcase the practical applications of hydrogen-powered vehicles and paving the way for the project's broader rollout. As a key player in the hydrogen industry, Feichi Technology continues to focus on innovation and delivering high-quality, efficient hydrogen solutions. Moving forward, Feichi will leverage its expertise in fuel cell vehicles and its practical experience in diverse scenarios to support the development of the hydrogen highway network in the Greater Bay Area, contributing to China's carbon neutrality goals.
