HANDE Axles Participates in IAA Transportation 2024
From September 17 to 20, 2024, the highly anticipated 2024 IAA Transportation officially opened in Hanover, Germany, with the theme "People and Goods on the move". At the exhibition, Hand Axle showcased two star products at the exhibition: the HDE 11.5t single motor two-speed electric drive axle (oil-cooled) and the HDE 13t wheel-end electric drive axle. With their high efficiency, lightweight design, and maintenance-free features, they have received widespread acclaim in the international market.
HDE11.5t single-motor two-speed electric drive axle (oil-cooled)
Designed specifically for GCW ≤ 49t 6x4 tractors. ①High Torque: Maximum output torque (single motor) is 38,000 Nm; maximum output torque (dual motors) is 58,000 Nm. ②High Efficiency: The power density of the motor is 6 kW/kg, with efficiency improved by 4-6%, and the 800V controller achieving fast charging, enhancing overall vehicle operational efficiency. ③Lightweight: The integrated design features the motor, electric control, and transmission that are highly integrated, resulting in a weight that is over 200 kg lighter than comparable products in the market. ④Long Maintenance-Free period: The main reduction gear requires no initial maintenance, with oil change intervals of 300,000/600,000 kilometers, and the wheel end is maintenance-free for life.
HDE13t wheel hub electric drive axle
Designed specifically for 12m and above new energy low-floor buses, the latest offering from Hand Axle introduces several groundbreaking features. ①The motor and electric control are highly integrated, effectively freeing up valuable space in the chassis. ②Additionally, the optimized design of the gear and transmission structure results in noise levels that are 2-3 dB lower than comparable products available on the market and its previous generation. ③Furthermore, by utilizing cylindrical gears and high-precision bearings, efficiency has been improved by more than 2% compared to prior models. ④To complement these advancements, Hand Axle also provides comprehensive system solutions, including available MCU and DCU software, ensuring a holistic approach to enhancing the performance of new energy buses.
