65 Units of Derry Mini NEVs Exported to Southeast Asia
Recently, 65 Derry New Energy vehicles were shipped to Southeast Asia from Shanghai Nangang port. This marks another shipment to overseas market following its first order in January.
"The model shipped for Southeast Asia this time is the ' Dali Neomor D01 (Chinese 牛魔王01)'. Earlier this year, this model obtained certifications for the European Union and Thailand," stated Qian Dezhu, Chairman of Derry New Energy Automobile Co., Ltd to reporters on June 17. "In 2024, Derry New Energy Automobile will use its Anyang factory as an export base to continuously expand overseas markets, aiming to achieve an export target of 5,000 units."
In recent years, Anyang City has seen rapid development in the new energy vehicle industry, forming a comprehensive development pattern centered around the entire new energy vehicle supply chain. Located in Anyang County (Anyang Urban-Rural Integration Demonstration Zone), Derry New Energy Automobile is a modern automotive enterprise integrating research, development, manufacturing, and sales. It is one of the first new energy commercial vehicle companies in Henan Province to obtain "dual qualifications".
During a visit to the company's production workshop, reporters observed that compared to conventional trucks, the ' Dali Neomor D01 (Chinese 牛魔王01)' mini cargo trucks are particularly suitable for express logistics and self-employed people’s delivery services. "This model can also be modified into firefighting vehicles, urban patrol vehicles, and mobile vendor carts, covering over 40 different end-use delivery scenarios," explained the company's production manager.
In 2022, Derry New Energy Automobile utilized its own technical advantages to focus on the field of intra-city logistics and launched a range of new energy mini trucks. In recent years, the company has continued to strive for excellence in R&D, marketing, manufacturing, quality control, supply chain management, opening up a new path for the development of new energy logistics vehicles.
Derry New Energy Automobile has also actively expanded into overseas markets. This year, in addition to successful exports to Southeast Asia, the company secured an order for 1,000 units of the battery-swapping model in the UAE, and its first overseas store was successfully opened in Thailand last week.
