2024 Beijing International Exhibition on Buses, Trucks & Components kicked Off
On May 29, 2024 Beijing International Exhibition on Buses, Trucks & Components (hereafter referred as 2024 Bus & Truck) was grandly held at China International Exhibition Center in the capital of Beijing.
As an annual grand event of the road transportation industry, this exhibition is held under the theme "Intelligent, Green, and Safe, Help Transportation Service Industry Develop with high quality". The event showcased a series of new technologies, products, and solutions in various fields across the upstream and downstream industrial chain of the road transportation industry, aiming to create new quality productive forces, lead and promote the high-quality development of the road transportation industry with cutting-edge technology.
Currently, climate change and energy issues remain of great concern to people around the world. It is against this backdrop that Chinese firms are stepping up efforts to develop lightweight and green products to help the industry achieve green development and fulfil the ‘dual carbon’ goal.
Leading bus makers in China such as BYD, FOTON, SKYWORTH, FAW TRUCKS, ANKAI, Zhongtong,Golden Dragon, Zhongtong, Asiastar, Hongyan, as well as bus component manufacturers Yuchai, FAST ACTIA, Tongda auto electric, Naili all booked unprecedentedly large exhibition areas to showcase their products and technologies.
As a new generation of new energy logistics vehicles, Light Truck T5 series has been attracting a lot of attention since its release.
Both models come with core technologies such as high safety blade batteries, high-efficiency motors, and highly integrated high and low voltage electronic control systems. Other features include one key start, BSC braking ESC and others, which fully upgrades the vehicle’s economy, reliability, convenience, comfort, intelligence, and sense of technology.
Among them, T5DM is equipped with a 1.5T hybrid dedicated engine, which capable of delivering a strong power to allow the vehicle to handle steep slopes and sharp turns easily. With a lightweight design, this vehicle has a high loading capacity, 300-400kg more than similar hybrid models. In addition, T5DM chassis provides more customized services for the new energy RV market with its advantages of electric, energy-saving and high-efficiency, and triple anti-corrosion.
Meanwhile, T5EV can travel up to 275 km with a battery capacity of 94.3 kWh. At present, the light truck T5 series products are being delivered all over the country, building more and more trust among users and providing strong support for the development of the logistics industry in China.
FAW Jiefang displayed a tipper truck specifically built for overseas markets and a battery electric tractor head.
Hongyan brought a 6x4 all-electric tractor—GENLYON H6 intelligent electric version.It is suitable for various transportation scenarios including coal transport and offer multiple options for high-strength beams, multiple suspension and high load-bearing axles. The maximum Gradeability is greater than 25%, and the minimum power consumption can reach 1.25 kWh/km.
