FAW Jiefang Obtains an Order of 1000 Trucks from Kenya
KENYA, MAY 23, 2024 /chinatrucks.com/ --FAW Jiefang recently signed an export agreement in the Kenyan capital, Nairobi, with its Kenyan partner dealer TAM for the supply of 1,000 trucks. Hu Hanjie, General Counsel of FAW's Overseas Business, and Leng Changchun, General Manager of FAW Jiefang's Overseas Product Line, attend the signing ceremony.
Ali Zubedi, general manager of TAM, a Kenyan distributor, said that Jiefang has gained a distinct competitive advantage in the Kenyan market by continuously providing customers with high-quality products and services since its entry in 2005. Ali Zubedi expressed its full confidence in the further development of Jiefang brand in Kenya. Leng Changchun, on behalf of FAW Jiefang, expressed his gratitude to TAM for its important contribution to the development of the Jiefang brand in the Kenyan market.
The agreement for the 1000 units was signed in the presence of Hu Hanjie and ALI Zubedi. At the event, they also held a ribbon cutting ceremony for Jiefang Light truck.
Since entering the Kenyan market in 2005, FAW Jiefang has studied the local market laws and regulations carefully, and is committed to providing local customers with high-quality products and efficient and timely service. They have introduced heavy-duty JH6, light-duty JK6 and Hu VR trucks to Kenya and gain wide recognition among customers.
Looking ahead, FAW Jiefang will closely focus on the needs of customers to launch more excellent trucks and provide high-quality services to achieve long-term sustainable development in Kenya.
