50 Units XCMG XG110 Mining Trucks Were Delivered to Peru
Recently, the first batch of 10 XCMG XG110 mining trucks were successfully delivered to a large-sacle mine in Peru after a long voyage of nearly 20,000 kilometers. This is the first time for XCMG mining trucks to enter the Peruvian market. This order totaled 50 units, with 40 units left to be delivered in the second batch.
The mine area where the project to run is reported to be on flat terrain with very little rainfall and an ore ratio of 4.4t/m³. According to customer’s specific requirements, XCMG offers customized solutions. Prior to delivery, XCMG provide customers with professional technical and service support by sending a team to conduct training on operation. To ensure safe operation, they completed all the inspection related to vehicles in two days, which is faster than the industry.
As the company's newly launched main model, the XG110 is equipped with a high-horsepower engine, optimized transmission structure and control strategy for a lower operating costs and more stable performance. The product has undergone rigorous field testing at different altitudes and latitudes, and used advanced manufacturing processes and technologies such as CNC plasma and laser undercutting, robot welding, CNC machining, electrophoretic coating and automated assembly. Compared with traditional mining trucks, it is featured with good adaptability and can offer a full guarantee for safe, environmental-friendly and efficient transportation.
