SANY's First All-electric Mixer Truck Was Delivered in Hongkong

On February 14, SANY successfully delivered its first all-electric mixer to Hong Kong Alliance Building Materials Limited, marking the official entry of the first all-electric mixer into the Hong Kong market.

As the first pure electric mixer truck introduced to the Hong Kong market, this all-electric mixer truck has obtained the EU certification (WVTA). The mixer adopts a new design concept that integrates the upper body and chassis into one, driven by an electric chassis + direct drive motor on the upper body to achieve 100% electric drive. The overall performance of an electric mixer is the same as that of a diesel mixer, but the former is more environmentally friendly, quieter and more powerful.

In terms of range, the car is equipped with a 282 kWh battery that can be fully charged in 1.5 hours and has a combined range of 150-180 km. The cab features a new design with more space available and more intelligent elements.

Dr. Liang Qiming sat on the cab with great interest, looked at it carefully, asked in detail about it, and praised the first all-electric mixer coming to Hong Kong, "the mixer comes with a novel design, with a spacious cab and fast start, I believe that clean energy must be the future development trend, and I hope you will work on the green development of the concrete industry in Hong Kong and make greater contribution to the goal of decarburization in Hong Kong"

Alliance’s Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Yu Zhenwei, said, “The launch of the first electric mixer truck in Hong Kong is the first step towards our goal of green logistics."Alliance, one of the largest construction material providers in the region, will conduct a comprehensive test and evaluation while using this Sany all-electric mixer truck to transport concrete, the results from which provide an important reference for the industry's transition to new energy transportation in the future.

China Wealth Hong Kong Machine Limited, as an exclusive distributor of SANY electric mixer, has been deeply rooted in Hong Kong two decades ago. SANY all-electric mixer truck is also the first domestic all-electric mixer truck in Hong Kong to pass the whole vehicle approval, setting a standard for the introduction of whole vehicles in the Hong Kong machinery industry.“In the future, we will introduce a wide range of product lineup into the Hong Kong market and fully assist the Hong Kong government to achieve the decarburization target of Climate Action Plan 2050."
