2017 Discovery Trust---China Truck User Research & Awarding Ceremony to be Held

 

Chinatruck.org launched the program in March, 2016 with a special working team visiting a number of transportation sectors, such as dangerous chemicals transportation, daily industrial products transportation, fast delivery services, urban distribution, frozen product transportation. The major logistics service providers, such Yuantong, Shentong, Yunda, Best Express, Sitong Logistics, Xintai Petrochemical, Feiteng Express, Shenghua Oil, Hengchang Logistics, Qiankun Daotong, Feimao Express, were all on the visiting list of Chinatruck.org’s special working team. 

 

 

Having visited 600-plus logistic parks, over 60 major logistic enterprises and over 20,000 truck users in over 30 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities across China, the special team collected over 20,000 questionnaires. Through such an effort, Chinatruck.org hopes to help truck users and truck manufacturers feel the pulse of China’s truck manufacturing industry and its huge market.   

 

Being good at discovering is a virtue and winning trust from customers inevitably brings value. Logistics enterprises and other end truck users actively participated in our Discovery Trust program and provided us valuable feedback. Along with our research and investigations, truck manufacturers, related spare parts producers are paying close attention and listening to truck users’ voice. Also through our program, the best truck products and related spare parts stood out, ready to gain even wider popularity among customers.     

 

In August, 2015, Chinatruck.org officially launched Discovery Trust program, visiting and interviewing truck users across China. In the end, the working team of the program collected nearly 10,000 questionnaires. Apart from the working team’s visits to various places across the country, truck users were invited to vote on-line for the most trust-worthy truck products and related spare parts. A total number of 228 products compete for the most trust-worthy product title. These products have been divided into over ten categories, including trailer tractors, cargo trucks, self-discharging wagons, light-duty trucks, truck engines, transmissions, retarders, common rail systems, oil tanks. On January 18, 2016, the first Discovery Trust---China Truck User Research & Awarding Ceremony successfully closed its curtains.
