Complete Vehicle Sales of Sinotruk Reached 49.452 in the First Quarter
www.chinatrucks.com: Statistics show that orders of Sinotruk heavy vehicles reached 47,308 units in the first quarter of this year, increased by 22.91%, due to higher market demand. Sales of complete vehicles were 49,452, increased by 15.6%. Among them were 33,604 heavy vehicles, increased by 17.37%, and 15,848 light/medium trucks, increased by 12.02%. Sales income reached 15.238 billion yuan, marking an increase of 21.41%, and total profit was 302 million yuan, increased by 364.69%. The company achieve a good start in the first quarter, under its lasting healthy operation.
For the domestic market, in 2013, Sinotruk adjusted its marketing structure in the sales department, with two brands departments and four special project groups established. In the second quarter of 2014, the company will continue to carry out its Three Year Plans for the marketing network and sales goals. The special project groups will fully make use of their marketing planning and coordinating skills to achieve a breakthrough in key markets. Besides, the company will strive improve the its marketing network levels and promote the implementation of its service policies.
For the international market, Sinotruk is striving to improve its product quality, enhance its services and strengthen its trainings. The company is also trying to constantly improve its delivery and spare parts management level of exported vehicles through carefully studying the application of information technology in the international market. Besides, it’s also expanding financial cooperation with CDB and associated commercial banks to fully utilize financial instruments to expand sales. With these efforts, Sinotruk gained huge advantages in the international market and exported 5002 complete vehicles in the first quarter, maintaining its leading position in the heavy-duty truck industry.
