Six Dongfeng commercial vehicles
Since the foundation in 1969, DFCV has determined the general development guidance--technology first. From the first generation EQ140 to EQ153, to Tianlong, Tianjin and newest Tianlong Qijian, the evolution of trucks demonstrates its scientific research strength.
Starting from 2003, Dongfeng began to cooperate with Honda. The past ten years witness DFCV's glorious progress. DFCV has been taking the lead in terms of training and cultivation of technical talents, application and transformation of technical results and the control and confidence on future changes.
In face of future competition, how does DFAC win in the next decade? Technically speaking, DFAC still has the technical strength to fulfill its prospect of "China's Dongfeng is the world's Dongfeng".
DFAC abiding by the value of "trust, profession and technology" has been developing international advanced products and leading the upgrade of commercial vehicles by concentrating in leading technology in light of pioneering spirit. Hence, in developing products, market and customers are placed at a top position. It gradually improves the capability to interpret laws and regulations, markets and user, as well as peers. It masters the changes of markets and users' demands starting from the design in hope of offering more effective and economic products.

DFCV's current strategy is to develop critical powertrain. In addition to upgrade current mature engines DDi11 and DDi45, DFCV also successfully develops a new generation of diesel engine. What come along with it are the improvement of axles and product features, increase of loaded tonnage, and rising of transport efficiency. The gearbox as a key part of powertrain is enhanced step by step as well.
With more implementation of China 4 emission standard in more cities, energy-saving and environmental friendly vehicles win much more concerns. DFCV as a leading Chinese commercial vehicle has focused on developing new technology to realize the energy-saving and emission reduction and environment improvement. It actively develops products with hybrid, light-weighted and energy-reuse technologies to improve the ecology and economy of vehicles.
DFCV will showcase its star products with a high profile at Wuhan International Commercial Vehicle Exhibition 2013. DFCV products are able to meet for the requirement of current China 4 emission standard no matter complete vehicles or powertrain. It is believed with deepening R&D, DFCV will definitely deal with future market changes and demands in a calm way and get an upper hand in the next decade.
