FAW Jiefang Wuxi Diesel Sees Steady Growth in September

www.chinatrucks.com: From January to September, FAW Jiefang Wuxi Diesel sees growth both in production and sales of engines with growth rates reaching 6.36% and 5.22%. According to analysis on data in recent months, both production and sales volume maintain steady growth. The product structure is further improved. The product with higher profitable capability sees larger growth. The 6-cylinder growth rate is 15.7% and the L engine sees 16.9% growth and M engine 68.7%.

Since the beginning of this year, Wuxi Diesel overcomes obstacles and makes breakthroughs in market despite of a harsh market environment. By product introduction and marketing activities, it raises some market share. Its shares in FAW and FAW Qingdao increase by 2% and 10% respectively. It remains the only supplier of FAW Jiefang Liuzhou Special Automotive.

By setting up offices abroad, improving marketing service network and spare part supplying channel, Wuxi Diesel enjoys a growth rate of 12.2% in overseas market. Its products successfully enter high-level markets such as Italy and Germany.
