Foton Sells 15,013 Medium & Heavy Trucks in Feb. 2013

www.chinatrucks.com: Foton's sales report for March 2013 was released on April 13th. From the production and sales data, it is known that 83,395 units of vehicles were sold in March, up 5.70 percent over March. 2012. Among them, the sales volumes of the medium and heavy trucks (included un-completed vehicles) were 15,013 units. And its sales volumes of the light trucks and micro trucks (included un-completed vehicles) were 64,342 units.

Besides, Foton sold 18,100 sets of engines, up 21.29 percent over March 2012. Among them, the sales volumes of Aulin Engines were 8,806 sets and Foton Cummins Engines were 9,294 sets.

For the production, Foton produced 70,282 units in March, down 9.91 percent over March 2012. And the production volumes of the engines in March were 18,418 sets, up 13.84 percent over March 2012.
