Foton Sells 5,844 Medium & Heavy Trucks in Feb. 2013

www.chinatrucks.com: Foton's sales report for Feb. 2013 was released on March 16th. From the production and sales data, it is known that 40,782 units of vehicles were sold, down 41.00 percent over Feb. 2012. Among them, the sales volumes of the medium and heavy trucks (included un-completed vehicles) were 5,844 units. And its sales volumes of the light trucks and micro trucks (included un-completed vehicles) were 33,107 units.

 

Besides, Foton sold 12,275 sets of engines, down 4.64 percent over Feb. 2012. Among them, the sales volumes of Aulin Engines were 5,456 sets and Foton Cummins Engines were 6,819 sets.

For the production, Foton produced 37,380 units in Feb., down 42.58 percent over Feb. 2012. And the production volumes of the engines in Feb. were 15,176 sets, up 16.89 percent over Feb. 2012.
