Five New Transmission Models of FAST Group Pass Provincial-level Evaluation
www.chinatrucks.com: On the afternoon of Dec.28, experts from Shaanxi Provincial Industry and Information Technology Dept., Shaanxi Provincial Science and Technology Dept., Xi’an Automotive Product Inspection Station, Chang’an University and Shaanxi Heavy-Duty Truck, which were organized by Shaanxi Provincial Machinery Industry Association, conducted provincial-level evaluation on the five newest transmission models of FAST Group, which were 12JS90、12JS65、7DS95、6DS240T and transmissions with all-aluminium housing of our company. Vice-Presidents Wang Shunli, Wang Fengbo and Ma Xuyao attended the evaluation meeting, so did representatives from related departments and technical employees.
The evaluation experts carefully listened to the research report, inspection report and customer feedback report of the five new models, and checked the production lines, design drawings and technical papers. After discussion, they made the conclusion that the latest five transmission models had consistent and complete design and technical papers, which met the requirement of the national industry and could be used for production guidance.
After Xi’an Automotive Product Inspection Station checked the real products, the technical performance and specification was confirmed to meet the related requirements and standards; the product was featured with advanced design, easy shifting, reduced weight, compact structure, smooth working stability, low noise and excellent performance, etc.; the technology of 12JS90、12JS65、7DS95、6DS240T series of transmissions reached the domestic leading level, and the company was equipped with advanced manufacturing equipment and measuring methods, passing the TS16949 Quality Certification. So they approved us to produce the five new models in batches.
Vice-Presidents Wang Shunli and Ma Xuyao expressed great appreciation to the professors and experts for their hard work on behalf of the company and said that Fast would adhere to initiative sci-tech innovation, independent product R&D, self-development strategy, and continuously accelerate the pace of the innovations in product R&D and manufacturing method, further improve the development strength and level, and make new and even bigger contribution to the development of the national automobile industry and local economic society.
