#Auto China 2012: Foton Daimler highlights Auman GTL & Benz engine

www.chinatrucks.com: This is the first time for Foton-Daimler to show in a major auto show, and they bring Auman GTL equipped with OM457 engine on April 23, 2012.

 


Production and sales volumes of medium and heavy trucks were 25,200 units, down 22.1% over last year, and 146,000 light trucks were sold, down 1.3%. Net profits in Q1 will increase over 200% since adjustment of products, decreasing prices of raw materials and infusion of Daimler funds.

Beijing Foton Daimler Auto Company set up in Beijing on Feb. 18, and Benz OM457 engine can provide 490 hp power and it is up to Euro V emission standard.

 

 

There are four Auman trucks showing in Auto China 2012, and two of them are equipped with OM457 engines. There are also Auman NG tractor and Auman GTL with Cummins engine.
