Volvo Dimethyl Ether Fuel Truck Leads Fuel-prudent
www.chinatrucks.com: Volvo showed their Dimethyl Ether fuel truck during 2011 Tech Show, and many Volvo FH trucks are already running in Sweden. "The truck model largely improves fuel efficiency, and they also provide more transport solutions for sustainable transportation," said Volvo Director of environmental protection.

Dimethyl Ether is mainly used as spray can propellant, and it is also ideal to be used as fuel in diesel engine as its low auto ignition temperature and high cetane number. There are no soot particles when burning, and nitric oxide emitted is also rather little. In this way, its CO2 emission is 95% less than conventional diesel engine.
