Global Environment Facility Supports Guangdong Green Cargo Logistics
www.chinatrucks.com: World Bank approved to donate 4.2 million USD to Guangdong Green Cargo demonstration program on April 20, 2011, and the funds will help more than half a million cargo drivers in Guangdong Province.
Guangdong Green Cargo demonstration program aims to reduce green gas emission and improve fuel efficiency for cargo trucks in China, and one of their aims is to reduce 12% to 16% unit consumption of energy of China long distance cargo industry.
