(chinatrucks.com, Dec 13, 2010) It is disclosed by Foton Auto evening publish express on Dec 10th, 2010 that Foton plans to procure Ollion engine and casting relative assets of Beijing Foton Environment Protection Power Shares Company Limited. The transaction price reaches 10,800,000 Euros.
It is learned that Foton is the first shareholder of Environment Protection Power Shares Company Limited.
