Caterpiller to invest Nanjing in next five years
(chinatrucks.com, Sep 2, 2010) It is disclosed by the information that Caterpiller is to increase investment to Changjiang triangle zone in next five years. It will establish R&D, production and sales supply chain in Jiangsu.
Caterpiller is one of the largest engineering machinery plants in the world. It has explored 35 years business in China. The architecture machinery, mining equipment, diesel and natural gas engine produced by Caterpiller are applied at workstation, and mining area in China.
It is learned by reporter that Changjiang triangle zone is the important production and R&D base of Caterpiller. Jiangsu is the place gathered most investment of Caterpiller. Technology R&D center was established in 2009 at Wuxi. Caterpiller Suzhou Company Limited is set up in 2010. It also has totally controlled the shares in Xuzhou and has expanded.
