Chana and PSA to cooperate without direct competition in commercial vehicle field
(chinatrucks.com, May 10, 2010) At Chana and PSA announcement express, it is specifically demonstrated that the joint adventure products of Chana and PSA will not have conflict from current Shenlong.
Light commercial vehicle is the advantage of PSA. PSA will find the exit for commercial vehicle from the cooperation of Chana. The reason of PSA filled the cooperation with Dongfeng is that Dongfeng has owned completely commercial vehicle production line.
PSA has lots of confidence with the output of commercial vehicle to China, and hopes to create “largest commercial vehicle enterprise in the world” with Chana. China has played a very important role in 2020 medium and long period schedule established by PSA.
PSA has set up the most extraordinary target the first time, and PSA will realize production and sales volume 2000,000 at China in 2020, and it will occupy 10% market share. It means that PSA will realize annual 2000,000 volumes within 10 years.
