Sinotruk signed cooperation agreement with Datong government

On November 17, Sinotruk signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Datong government.At the same time Sinotruk restructured Datong Gear Group.Ma Jichun, Chairman of Sinotruk, Wei Zhihai and Wang Guangxi, vice President of Sinotruk, Feng Lixiang, Geng Yanbo and so on governors of Datong took part in this signing ceremony.

Sinotruk and the Government aimed establish a strategic partnership at engine, supercharger, entire car, modified cars, special-purpose vehicles, engineering machinery, automotive and logistics, commercial banks and so on projects. In that way both of them can have an eye on win-win solutions

And Zhang Shuibao, CPC shanxi Provincial Committee Secretary, met with Ma Chunji on November 18th. At the same day, the signing ceremony has finished in Taiyuan City.

In order to effectively work out the supply and demand issue of transmission, Sinotruk will improve the components industry chain, achieve industrial synergies and enhance the competitiveness of the company through the restructuring of the Shanxi Datong Gear Group.
