After 40 years’ development, Shannxi Heavy Duty Automobile Group has become one of the top 5 truck manufacturers in China. Up to 28th, Sep., Shannxi Heavy Duty Automobile Group has supplied 24,3519 heavy duty trucks to the world. It is predicted that in 2008, sale’s volume of Shannxi Heavy Duty Automobile Group will reach 80,000 units and in the year 2010, its sales income may reach 30 billion Yuan.

Shannxi Heavy Duty Automobile Group was started in 1968. In 1990, it was still a state owned deficit enterprise whose annual sales income was only 0.1 billion Yuan. However, in 2007, sales income of Shannxi Auto surpassed 10 billion Yuan. Its trucks are being exported to 36 countries and areas of Asia, Europe, America, Oceania and Africa. By the end of 2007, Shannxi Auto has set up 15 oversea after-sale service networks, 91 oversea dealers and more than 11,000 trucks running around the world.
