SAIC Hongyan Genlyon C500 Show up at Auto Shanghai 2017

www.chinatrucks.com: Auto Shanghai officially known as the Shanghai International Automobile Industry Exhibition is a biennial international automobile show, which kicks off on April 19, 2017. SAIC this time brings two models to the show: Hongyan Genlyon C500 8x4 middle-axle truck and C500 4x2 large-power tractor.

Hongyan Genlyon C500 8x4 middle-axle truck is China’s first 8x4 drive center-axle truck which uses new materials, new technique, and light-weighted design conforming to European. the truck weight is effectively lowered down to 9.8t while ensuring usage and safety.

In addition, the C500 8x4 middle-axle truck also uses unique IVECO patented EBS in-cylinder brake technology, cab’s rearward shift technology and integral shaping technology for welding of cab. Together with disc brake, ECAS and other advanced security configurations, C500 8x4 truck is greatly guaranteed in safety when running.

Hongyan Genlyon C500 4x2 large-power tractor uses CURSOR engine which synchronizes European technology. The maximum power reaches 450hp and torque 2100N•m. The whole vehicle uses new materials, techniques, and light-weighted design conforming to European standard. Together with direct gear transmission, FPT small ratio Hongyan axle, C500 4x2 tractor has the “golden combination” with reference to the configuration among China’s highly effective logistics trucks.
