ZX auto signed a key agreement
Hebei Zhongxing Automobile Company, Ltd. (ZXAUTO) is very pleased to announce the recent signing of a Technical Cooperation Agreement with its partner, China America Cooperative Automotive, Inc. (CHAMCO AUTO), a management holding company incorporated in New Jersey. In June, ZXAUTO had announced the award of an exclusive importation and distribution contract for all of North America to ZX Automobile Company of North America, Inc. (ZXNA), a wholly owned subsidiary of CHAMCO AUTO.
ZXAUTO views this agreement as a key step to realizing its plan of becoming the first Chinese manufacturer to successfully launch its vehicles in North America with its partner ZXNA and CHAMCO AUTO.
